WHAT IS AN Errands Master?

An errands master is a person who has mastered the craft of making your life easier and stress-free by helping you take care of your everyday tasks & chores.

 

Consider your errands master your personal assistant. The person who will help you save time by running your errands, scheduling your appointments, doing your gift shopping, organizing your home office and much more.

 

We help you get back the time you’ve always desired to spend it doing what you love and enjoy. No more tedious tasks, overwhelming feelings, and stress!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HIRE AN ERRANDS MASTER?

Option 1. You can choose the Pay As You Go option which has a price range of $25 -$45 per hour, depending on the complexity of task/service request.

 

Option 2.  You can choose one of our monthly membership packages which starts as low as $199 per month.

 

Option 3.  You can create a custom package. (A one on one consultation is required to create your own custom package.)

 

All monthly packages are prepaid, and your chosen membership package must be used within a month as there will be no rollover usage.

WHO CAN USE YOUR SERVICES?

At Errands Master, each of our clients have a few things in common. They all have a never-ending to-do list and frequently find themselves putting off their tasks and chores because they either don’t want to do them or they don’t have enough time to do them.

 

Additionally, they all have a burning desire to have more time for themselves and to spend more time with their families and friends doing what they truly enjoy. But most importantly, they all seek and need someone who is reliable, organized, efficient and trustworthy enough to come and rescue them by making their lives easier.

 

We have found that whether you’re an Entrepreneur, Executive, Small Business Owner, Two-Parent Family, Single Parent Family, or just a busy individual in general, you can benefit from most of our services. We do not limit who we work with because, at some point in our lives, we all need help!

WHAT CITIES DO YOU SERVE?

As of now, we are currently serving the Camden County area in South NJ, and the center city area of Philadelphia, PA.

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL TO DO A TASK?

We will travel up to 25 miles for free. However, travel time above 25 miles will incur a $0.75 per mile fee.

DO YOU PROVIDE RUSH OR EMERGENCY SERVICES AND DELIVERY?

Yes. If you have an emergency and need assistance at the very last minute. A $45 -$55/hour fee will be charged for all rush/emergency services and deliveries, and it will also depend on the complexity of the service request.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL A SCHEDULED SERVICE?

All cancellations are free if your request is received at least 24 hrs before a scheduled service. If you cancel less than 24 hrs, a minimum one-hour fee ($45.00) will be charged to your account.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cash, Credit & Debit Card, Bank to Bank Transfers and ePayments (online payment gateway via invoice).

 

Please note that in the event you need us to make purchases on your behalf, you’re required to pay us in advance for those items.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM TIME I CAN HIRE YOU FOR?

You can hire us for a minimum of 1 hour.

DO YOU CHARGE A DIFFERENT RATE FOR HOLIDAYS?

Yes, holiday rates are $60 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour.

DO PROVIDE AFTER HOURS SERVICES?

Yes, the after hour rates vary and are dependent on the type of services you need. Please contact us at 856-357-3200 for more details.

IS ERRANDS MASTER INSURED?

Yes, we are fully insured & Bonded, and can provide a copy of our certificates if requested.

CAN I LEAVE FEEDBACK ON THE SERVICE I’VE RECEIVE?

Of course! Our goal is to exceed your expectations always. Now, please keep in mind, we’re humans, and we make mistakes sometimes. Therefore, if we’ve made a mistake or did something that made you feel uncomfortable, we want to hear about your experience so we can fix it and do better next time.

ARE THERE ANY SERVICES YOU WILL NOT DO?

If the services you request are illegal, unethical or harmful to yourself and others, we will not perform said services.

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS?

We do not provide refunds unless we are unable to continue providing services if we decide it’s no longer a good fit for both parties.
