We offer services such as Running Errands, Personal Assistance, Senior Citizen Assistance, and much more! Whatever you don’t have time to do, we can and will do it for you!
At Errands Master, each of our clients have a few things in common. They all have a never-ending to-do list and frequently find themselves putting off their tasks and chores because they either don’t want to do them or they don’t have enough time to do them.
Additionally, they all have a burning desire to have more time for themselves and to spend more time with their families and friends doing what they truly enjoy. But most importantly, they all seek and need someone who is reliable, organized, efficient, and trustworthy enough to come and rescue them by making their lives easier.
We have found that whether you’re an Entrepreneur, Executive, Small Business Owner, Two-Parent Family, Single Parent Family, or just a busy individual in general, you can benefit from most of our services. We do not limit who we work with because, at some point in our lives, we all need help!

Yes. If you have an emergency and need assistance at the very last minute, an additional $15 on top of our hourly fee will be charged for all rush/emergency services and deliveries.
Yes, we can provide services after our business hours, however, there is an after-hours upcharge and the rates will vary as they are dependent on the type of services you need. Please contact us at 469-604-4433 for more details.
If the services you request are illegal, unethical, or harmful to yourself and others, we will not perform those services.
Our pricing for services varies, and there are 2 options you can choose from, depending on your needs and your budget.
Option 1. You can choose our Pay As You Go/hourly option which is $35 per hour and there is a minimum of 2 hours for all services.
Option 2. You can choose one of our monthly packages which start as low as $160 per month.
All monthly packages are prepaid, and your chosen package must be used within a month as there will be no rollover usage.
We do not provide refunds unless we are unable to continue providing services in the event we decide it’s no longer a good fit for both parties.
All cancellations are free if your request is received at least 24 hrs before a scheduled service. If you cancel less than 24 hrs, you will be billed a ($45.00) late cancelation fee.
We will travel up to 20 miles for free. However, travel time above 20 miles will incur a $0.75 per mile fee.
Yes, you can hire us for a minimum of 2 hours for all services.
We accept Cash, Credit & Debit Card, Bank to Bank Transfers, and ePayments (online payment gateway via invoice).
Please note that in the event you need us to make purchases on your behalf, you are required to pay us in advance for those items.
Yes, our company is licensed to operate in the state of Texas and we are also insured. If requested, we’ll be happy to provide a copy of our insurance certificate.
Yes, all of our Errands Master employees are fully insured.
Yes. If you are not going to be available to give us access to your home, we will need to keep a spare key or your key codes in order for us to enter your home to perform services.
Yes, your pets are always safe with our employees, but sometimes our employees are not safe with your pets. For this reason, we require all pets to be placed in a secure area of your home while we render services.
Yes, an account manager will always be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If we’re not available, please feel free to leave us a quick email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
